Sponsors and funders are critical to the success of the Women Deliver 2023 Conference (WD2023) and accompanying Global Dialogue. An early commitment to WD2023 enables the co-creation of all aspects of Conference programming alongside the diverse advocates we work with and for, particularly at the country-level and in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), and supports the development of more inclusive and accessible programming that is fully supported by innovative technologies and accessibility measures, including translation and interpretation.

An early commitment to WD2023 enables the co-creation of all aspects of Conference programming alongside the advocates we work with and for, particularly at the country-level and in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). An early commitment also allows Women Deliver to offer a robust scholarship package to advocates who need financial support to participate in the Conference.

Benefits of Sponsoring WD2023

• Sponsorship packages: Women Deliver’s sponsors have the opportunity to create platforms to present new knowledge, promote world-class solutions, and engage a broad spectrum of voices. Sponsorship packages will include a range of opportunities, including organizing exhibition space in the Fueling Station (WD2023’s exhibition hall), preferred scheduling and sponsorship of side events, access to media, visibility on our virtual platforms, and complementary registrations to the Conference. Through these opportunities, sponsors can share new strategies and solutions and spark potential partnerships through unique programming and engagement. Our top-tier sponsors will have exclusive co-branded opportunities that provide additional visibility throughout the Conference site and on the virtual platform.
• Visionary support: Women Deliver offers prime recognition for sponsors who support our ongoing programming. We believe strongly in the importance of partnership and wish to recognize sponsors who also support our Strategic Framework and programs. This category of sponsorship reflects our appreciation of the long-term relationships we have with Visionary Sponsors beyond the Conference. More detailed information can be provided on these sponsorships, which are considered the highest level of sponsorship available.

Engage with Women Deliver Early

Early commitment to the Conference is a new opportunity Women Deliver is excited to offer supporters of WD2023. To show our appreciation for partners’ early commitment of support, Women Deliver will:

• Include your organization’s logo on the WD2023 website as an early supporter of the Conference;
• Invite representative(s) of your organization to participate in Conference planning design sprints in early 2022;
• Recognize your organization in our one-year-out 2022 event;
• Offer early selection of potential sponsorship opportunities, including program support and branding location; and
• Acknowledge your early commitment on the WD2023 “Save the Date” announcement.
