Showcase your work at the largest conference on gender equality!

The Women Deliver 2023 Conference provides exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their organization’s work, share knowledge and solutions, and network with delegates from around the world, including government leaders, journalists, youth, academics, the private sector, civil society, and UN agencies from over 160 countries.

Women Deliver has reached capacity for exhibitor submissions. Applicants can still submit their exhibition, but they will be added to a waitlist. Due to limited capacity, organizations may only book one exhibition booth at this time. Women Deliver is only accepting applications for on-site exhibitors. Please allow up to 90 business days for us to process your application if you’re not on the waitlist. Women Deliver will reach out to waitlisted applicants if space opens up based on the order in which they applied. All details, including custom A/V and rental needs, can be discussed with the Conference organizers upon acceptance of your request. Women Deliver reserves the right to refuse an exhibit application that conflicts with or otherwise is not aligned with Women Deliver’s mission.

Exhibitor Package:

Packages include a shell scheme (hard wall) booth and are 3x3m in size.

• Hard walls (back and sides) including fascia name
• Carpet
• One desk
• One pedestal table
• Two chairs
• Wastebasket
• Lighting and electricity outlet (one power socket)

One in-person exhibitor registration is included in each booth package. These registrations provide access to the exhibition space.
