How to Support WD2023

Showcase your commitment to creating a gender-equal world

Women Deliver Conferences have grown to become a premier gathering on gender equality and the health and rights of girls and women, consistently attracting world leaders, influencers, and changemakers from across sectors and from every corner of the world. Similarly, our supporters come in many forms — non-profits, corporates, governments, and foundations alike.

Through exhibition opportunities, branded programing, targeted media, and prominent logo placement, Women Deliver Conference sponsors have the unique opportunity to showcase their commitment, solutions, and efforts toward a gender-equal world to thousands of conference participants on-site and hundreds of thousands more online. Those who commit early will maximize their visibility in the years and months leading up to WD2023.

Conference participants exercise their creative muscles at Johnson & Johnson’s booth, a collaborative art-making experience designed to spark collective action.

Equal Measures 2030 integrates delegate surveys and digital data displays in their exhibition space, creating an advocacy opportunity in addition to brand-building.

An eye-catching display by BC Women’s Health Foundation illustrates how gender health inequity and practitioner bias can lead to dramatic impacts on girls and women.

Conference participants interact with Women at Work: Myth vs. Reality, P&G’s dynamic exhibit that seeks to expose the myths holding women back in the workplace.

Who Attends Women Deliver Conferences?

Sponsorship Packages

Women Deliver 2023 Sponsorship packages will include a range of opportunities for acknowledgement and visibility, including exhibition spaces, sponsored side events and sessions, and delegate registrations in addition to numerous branding opportunities. Women Deliver offers prime recognition for sponsors who support ongoing Women Deliver programming in addition to the conference.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Women Deliver is proud to offer a variety of custom sponsorship opportunities to for-profit companies. Previous Women Deliver Conference partners have showcased their brands through the sponsorship of prime location exhibition spaces, stand-alone programming like side events, and exclusive branding on signature spaces like the Power Stage or Youth Zone (see slideshow below for examples).

In 2019, a number of supporters provided funds for the Women Deliver 2019 Conference as well as Women Deliver’s general work like the Young Leaders Program.

NGO Sponsorship Opportunities

Women Deliver is pleased to offer a multitude of branding opportunities to NGO sponsors. At previous conferences, NGO sponsors gained visibility with numerous on-site signage according to sponsor level, recognition at coffee stations, digital logo display during plenary sessions, and more. NGO sponsors can also highlight the incredible work they do in their beautifully designed exhibition booths — a classic element of all sponsorship packages.

The majority of sponsorship opportunities at Women Deliver are utilized by NGOs. In 2019, more than 80% of conference sponsors were non-profit organizations.
